Marcos is a marketing automation strategist with a diverse background in design, marketing, and automation software. He loves to craft complex solutions and manage campaigns with Pardot (and other marketing automation/campaign management tools) for his B2B/B2C/NGO customers. He is also the co-Leader for the Austin Pardot User Group, Salesforce event aficionado, and a knowledge sharer of marketing operations and Pardot on LinkedIn.

Jaime Lopez

Jaime López is an expert in data-driven marketing with an emphasis on Marketing Operations and Leadership. Jaime holds an M.Sc. in Energy Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid and has pursued further graduate studies in Machine Learning at MIT and Stanford University.

Jaime has an international track record in creating value for innovative companies and currently leads Marketing Operations at Aiven, a cloud unicorn. Jaime has been inducted into the inaugural class of Salesforce Marketing Champions as top Pardot expert.


I am a digital-first 𝗕𝟮𝗕 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿 who enjoys solving problems. Whether working to eliminate workflow roadblocks or to produce more relevant content, I’m energized by 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 and using 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 to improve upon the way things are done. The results have included various new initiatives in 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 throughout my career that have delivered refined brand perception, increased digital channel engagement, lead and opportunity generation growth, and greater data insights and marketing attribution.
