In this presentation and fireside chat with Salesforce product leaders, we will discuss how innovations in AI help marketers better understand and activate their data to create personalized customer experiences. We will share tactics marketers can use to prepare their organizations to use AI – from getting their data house in order, to thinking about AI and trust. We will also be giving away Marketing Cloud swag to a few lucky members of the audience.

Neha Shah is a Senior Director of Product Marketing at Salesforce for Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. In her role, she drives product positioning and solution messaging for Salesforce’s B2B Marketing offerings. She brings to her role a strong background in technology and business, and has a proven track record of bringing solutions to market that help SaaS companies accelerate growth. She is passionate about leveraging data-driven techniques to drive superior customer engagement. Neha holds a BS in Computer Science & Finance from Rutgers University, and has an MBA from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.

Nathan Maphet leads the fantastic product team for Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot). He has worked at Salesforce within Marketing Cloud for over 8 years. Prior to leading the Account Engagement business, he led product teams focused on deepening Account Engagement’s platform capabilities and support – from creating industry leading B2B reporting and analytics, to developing powerful extensibility capabilities, to supporting data and privacy needs at scale. Prior to working at Salesforce, he led cross-functional software teams focused on developing a variety of custom enterprise-scale solutions. He makes his home in Atlanta, Georgia.

Eric Zenz is the SVP of Product Management for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Apps. Over the past 20 years, Eric has held leadership roles at Microsoft, DocuSign, and Celonis. Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and resides in Seattle, Washington.
