We will share tactics marketers can use to prepare their organizations to use AI – from getting their data house in order, to thinking about AI and trust. Prior to leading the Account Engagement business, he led product teams focused on deepening Account Engagement’s platform capabilities and support – from creating industry leading B2B reporting and analytics, to developing powerful extensibility capabilities, to supporting data and privacy needs at scale. Prior to working at Salesforce, he led cross-functional software teams focused on developing a variety of custom enterprise-scale solutions. He makes his home in Atlanta, Georgia.
