Terry Haynes is the CRM Director at CSIS and has been with the organization for nearly four years. In the time there, he has overseen the transition from Classic to Lightning, as well as a number of implementations including the transition from Mailchimp to Pardot. He brings Salesforce experience from his time at the Veteran’s Affairs Center for Innovation where he worked with one of Salesforce’s largest federal clients on creating and updating dashboards for use in senior leadership meetings. Before moving to DC, Terry lived and worked in New Orleans for ~10 years where he also went to school at Tulane University.
